WORST MANI EVER!! DON'T STAND BY THEIR SERVICE.

I spent the extra money to get my nails shellacked because I was going on vacation to the Dominican Republic, and I mentioned this when I was getting my nails done. My nails started fading and chipping the first day I was on the beach, the bright bubblegum pink actually turned WHITE. A week later on my first day back I stopped by the store to give them a chance to correct the $60+ I spent on the manicure/pedicure but was told that I was 'out of luck' and that it was the sunscreen that faded my nails, (still don't understand why I have several chips) and they refused to do anything about it. I even asked why they didn't mention it when I had it done since I MENTIONED I WAS GOING ON VACATION, no answer. Basically this place DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR SERVICE. Not a problem, I just have to take this horrible mani off and never go back again, I tend to go once a month but thought I'd try this place since they are close to my home, serves me right for trying someone new, oh well back to my old manicurist who is further away from my home, but stands by her products/service. At an average of $60/month that's $720/year that they will not be getting from me nor will I ever recommend, quite frankly I will vocalize to any friends who want a mani/pedi to never go to this chain.
