Great service honest and straight up

I am driving across town from the West End of Ottawa to have my car serviced by Mr.Muffler for at least 20 years now and was never disappointed.

NERVE AGAIN AND I HIGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY. Arrogant and condescending service to the point that if I hadn't been at work, I would've picked up my car before the repairs were done. They changed the red handle of the passenger door with a black one without asking if it was ok or giving any other option. They didn't fix the oil leak as requested. The car interior was clean when I brought it in but filthy dirty when I picked it up. There was mud inside both doors, on the dashboard and radio
