Horrible service--DO NOT BUY HERE

I called them to order an alternator for my 2007 Dodge Caliber, they said no problem, just come in when your ready to order it. I went in and they first of all made me pay up front, and then demanded a $20 deposit until I brought my old alternator back. They could have told me that on the phone. Anyways, I bring the part to my mechanic and he says its the wrong part. Hotspot then says they can't get the proper part and there are no refunds on the part I already paid for! We had to call head office, who approved the refund but only with a 20% restocking fee! Which turned out to be $48! YES, $48 FOR NOTHING! I HAD TO PAY THEM FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND IM OUT $48 AND STILL HAVE TO BUY THE PART! Don't buy from here.
