Genius Shoe Repair

I came in for a simple patch on my inner boot heels, without a second pair of shoes to walk out in. He offered to loan me a pair, so as not to leave in socks. When I returned to pick them up, I found he'd even polished my boots, matching the colour and fixing the tongue I'd accidentally discolored last winter. Fair price. Excellent service.

I have taken a few pair of shoes here for repair over the last 25? years. Was always well pleased with the repairs. I just dropped off a well loved but in good shape high leather boots to have a zipper replaced in the off season. I have complete confidence in their work.

Where should I start?! I had a Betsey Johnson (brand name pricy purse) repaired there for my mom. The zipper needed to be repaired. When we got it back, the zipper was sewn back in really shoddy. The thread did not match & it looked like it was stitched up quickly with fishing wire. It looked like Frankenstein & my mom was heartbroken that her favourite purse ended up this way.
