City-Wide Taxi Dispatch

had lori on my way to destination and it has been a long time since i have laughed that hard... great personality and strong knowledge of the city and whats going on for entertainment purposes... on way home i had Shawn and he too was awesome!!! always has a joke for you... it was mid Feb i took my ride didnt know you could leave reviews...when i need to will always use CWT great drivers!!! clean and tidy inside and out!!! thank you

Called and requested a taxi this afternoon. Was told 15 min wait. I was waiting for 40 minutes!! Missed my connecting GO Bus. Incredibly bad service and badly organized dispatch team.

Will not use again. Rudest driver last nite.

Im sorry but this company has gone downhill. Apparently its ok for dispatchers to be rue to customers, when you message them about a grievance. A friend of mine had a recent issue with them, addressed them about it and the damn operator was very ignornant via text speaking in all capitals and had the audacity to side with the drivers, who were lying. Im sorry but it is WRONG to insinuate that a customer is LYING ! and not only that but he/ she had the nerve to call her rude. POOR SERVICE .

I was in a predicament and Donna at City Wide Oshawa went above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed with her resourcefulness and kindness. Based on my interaction with her, I will always use City wide when needed.

One of the worst companies around. Everyone is rude and the cars are falling apart. I would not recommend City Wide as a transportation method.
