Studio Fuzion

Came to this salon about a year ago. I have not returned because the highlights only lasted two weeks. The hair cut was so-so. I've had my hair highlighted by other salons for years. I know good colour and quality. I'll stick to Blushes in Kanata or return to Nelson on the Market. I never had issues there. Sorry, Studio Fuzion, horrible customer service. I will not return.

Been going for years and all the staff are great with me. Never feel like I have to buy a product after a service but they are knowledgeable about their products.

Great place...high end styling but friendly, great gals. Don't go downtown because it's trendy....go here, in Orleans. Love it.

Stylists talk abo...

Stylists talk about and insult customers in french amongst themselves in the same room with other clients. No professionalism, the "boss" was angry about something and it was blatantly evident to everyone in the shop. Not a place where employees are respectful or seem to care about the customer being in a good environment where they want to spend their money. Will never go back.
