Ultra Dry Cleaner

Always a great job, done on premises. Seems to be closed now. Have they relocated? I have items there....

The owner ruined my 350$ Aritzia jacket. I brought it in having never been cleaned, it came out darker, stained and felt like felt. He refused to re clean it, or replace it. I brought it to another cleaner who said it looked like he washed it incorrectly and with a dark load instead of a white load. She said the stains on it are removable and he did not do a good job. My cashmere and wool jacket is ruined and he refused to take responsibility. He also made rude comments about women.
