Terrible. The owner is a liar, they don't show their prices and then charge 4x the price of another UPS store. The owner is so dishonest he pretended to be a clerk to avoid answering the question

Package was never delivered was returned money not refunded worst service at this place ever item came damage too don’t use there Dhl and ups service the owner doesn’t know what he talking about and what’s need in the papers for international items to clear customs he’s a liar and doesn’t follow up when he says he will do not trust this store
