Master Carpet Cleaning

Apparently I cannot post without selecting at least one star, but Master Carpet deserves zero stars. Master Carpet has ZERO integrity and causes damage. He took 2 of my carpets for cleaning. I called every 3-4 days for over 3 weeks asking for the carpets to be returned and was told they were being worked on. One of the carpets 5 'x 8' has a white floral pattern on a blue background.
