G & S Regal Management

G&S group companies have terrible customers service. Stay away from them if you don't want serious problems and stress while renting. They are extremely rude when you call them about anything, they will not help you.Expect to live with roaches, as many of their buildings are infested. Pee/feces on carpets in the halls.I advise you rent elsewhere, I have been to a few of their buildings and I speak from experience. The employee is always right in their case. Don't do business with them.

Being a building management company, you should first start training your staff to be more professional. As your own website qoute "delivers everything from cutting-edge tenant satisfaction". Unfortunately we are just one of the many unsatisfied tenant and for the last 8yrs we have been renting with you, not once we ever felt satisfied w/your services. If only the location was not ideal to us, we would have move long ago. Pls. improve and train your team, be more professional. thank you!
