? WORST and most SURPRISING experience!!!!!!! Yesterday I went there around 630 pm for my hair cut, after waiting for 45 min for my turn he is saying I’m tired and I can't do your hair cut now!!!!!!!!!!!! He realized I have been waiting for that long he started the hair cut and after exactly 10 min he said I’m so tired and can I continue your hair cut tomorrow??‍♂️ I swear 10 min I said ok if you are that tired no problem, Today I went, he getting head massage from girl says come tomorrow!

Horrible place. Will make you jump through hoops to just make an appointment. Will hang up and screen your calls if you call more than once by their request.

This place is disgusting. It was very unsanitary and the salon reeked of dog piss. To make matters worse, the customer service is HORRID. The owner had a communication problem and was very rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He spoke down to me and even screamed at me on the phone when I was only trying to make an appointment. These guys are simply the kindest hairdressers out there and are very good. You need to be specific about what you want and they will do it and do it well! I am very pleased by their kindness and just being very soft-spoken, gentle people. The look of the place is very cool retro with pictures of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe on the walls. Great people. Great service.

I feel so cheated coming here. Beware of the low prices, apparently that means low quality as well. Not only did they ruin my hair by blowdrying it so many times that my scalp started burning, but they were extremely unprofessional just leaving you multiple times. The haircut was SO BAD that I'm sure they watched a Youtube video on how to cut hair in such a bad and generic way no matter all face shapes. I was so looking forward coming here, and genuinely saddened by the services and the results.

It was a huge mistake to have my hair cut there. An extremely unhappy experience. The guy inside was dishonest about the price. Said one price first and charged much more after the hair cut was done. Highly NOT recommended.

This place is the worst place you can find in Toronto. If you just want to throw out your money to get your head shaved please go for it. But I would rather give the money to the homeless person even though I have to walk up to Finch station
