Always good! My favorite chineese food, i read some bad reviews, but no one is perfect especially in the food business things can go wrong . Sometimes they have new staff, sometime short staff, i just know even if they screw up my order I will still order from Chopsticks!!!
Food was good. Always is whenever I order, if you actually get your food. They forgot part of my order(egg rolls-best part!). I didn't realize til later on. This was the second time it's happened, with the same item, on seperate orders! Think I'm gonna go elsewhere from now on. I MAY give them one more chance. But three strikes and they're out. Check your food before you leave the place, make sure it's all there.
Rudest customer service ever tonight!!!! Have been a customer for years and will never, ever order food from here again! Not only did we wait 40 minutes longer for our food than we were told (were told 45 minutes it took an hour and 25) but we also did not receive soya sauce... When I called to complain the front counter girl was like "well it's free anyways" and "it's not like I'm going to send a delivery driver to bring you 2 packets of soya sauce" when I said they should be doing something to compensate for next time her response was "well next time I can give you extra sauce but that's it", when I got off the phone I realized that they had also forgot to include my white rice. All it would have taken to retain my business would have been a polite (rather than ignorant) I'm sorry and maybe a next time we'll give you a free fried rice or something. I get that it's "just" soya sauce but when you pay $70 for food and you enjoy that food with the soya sauce on it it kind of ruins your meal! Just like 2 or three times ago when we ordered and didn't receive our sweet and sour sauce.... PS they are just chicken balls without the sauce!
Great food. They got my order wrong after calling in for take out. Wife picked up, brought it home, we realized that it was the wrong order after driving all the way home. Had to argue on the phone for almost 10 minutes to convince them to let us drive all the way back just to swap the order out for the right one.
Food was fantastic...which cant be said for other cf places in North Bay, most have really let the quality slide, but not these guys. The food was hot, LABELED and came with chopsticks...its nice when a restaurant pays attention to the little things. But back to what is important. The food was ample and tasty, no crappy balls of filling added beside the chicken in the chicken balls...its a good chunk of chicken...won tons were really good (a little light on the meat there but very tasty)...I ate the rice and Chow mein and actually liked it...which usually isn't the case...Ordered because of its high ranking here on this site and I wasn't disappointed Thank you guys
Best Place to have chinese food in Canada! I'll tell everyone to hit up Chopstix if they are ever in the Bay area. Great price, great service and better food!
Best chinese around. Food is fresh tasing, always piping hot, and arrives at the door fast. I am usually pretty leary of chinese food places (cleanliness, freshness etc.) but never about Chopsticks. A hearty "Well done" from one picky "foody". Cheers!
Easily the best Chinese food around. I keep trying new places but I literally can't choke the food down and always go back to Chopsticks where I know the food and service will always be great.

Chopsticks is THE best chinese take out in North Bay. After trying the others around, I ALWAYS come back to Chopsticks. LOVE their food and they are always super nice and have excellent service and FAST delivery! You won't be disappointed!
