I went in to the store today to purchase floor mats for my new car. The aisle was completely blocked by big mechanics chests. I mentioned it to the associate stocking near by and he simply said sorry about that. Then when exiting the store I mentioned to the cashier that I had to go to Walmart because I couldn't shop their product. There were no customers at the cash. The cashier seemed really annoyed I had a complaint or she was annoyed that I was interrupting her lecture on marriage to her younger counter part. I don't need 23 years in retail management to tell you that every sake us important Canadian Tire....and every customer matters.
Got a safety check done there. Got told I needed a gas tank for a leak, but they could not see or show me the leak. Same with upper strut bearings seized, but they worked well. The service department is not recommend.
