Had a very disgusting experience Royal Jasmine today. Its not my first time experience visiting this place but today was just a very terrible and obnoxious experience. They have no respect for their customers.I wouldn't deny that the food are not bad but their staffs and service are just terrible. I was misinformed about the prices and at the end they charged us extra even though we have clarified earlier to avoid those misunderstanding. During the billing you refused to pay for the service charge reasoning that only 4 people of the five seated at the table were eating.
We removed the service charge even then hoping that you would at least tip your server something but nothing was left behind even though the service went excellent until the billing part.
Which server would like to serve a table which does not tip at all ?
In our restaurant it is clearly stated on our menu cards that we apply a service charge of 12% on tables of 5 persons and above, any additional tipping is not necessary.
This service charge goes to the servers to ensure they are tipped reasonably for the services they provide.

To be honest, I don't think I have anything really negative to say about this restaurant. We visited for lunch on a Sunday, and were the first people in the restaurant. As a party of seven, we were seated at an assembled table right by the bar near the front of the restaurant.
From what I can recall, we ordered the Manchurian Chicken, Chili Chicken (dry), mixed vegetables, butter chicken, and chicken chow mein - looking back, yes that was a lot of chicken - and it was all rather delicious.
Pros (Good things / what I loved):
The food was delicious. the quantity was fair, the decor was nice.
Cons (Bad things / what I didn't like), and how would you improve on it (next steps):
The food could have been more spicy I guess. They should hire a bit more staff to make service faster.
The restaurant I am reviewing about is called Royal Jasmine Indian Hakka Chinese Restaurant. It is located in a shopping complex and it is a sit in restaurant. In my opinion, the food they served was very delicious.
The first reason why this restaurant was great is, the food was remarkable. It not only looked delicious it tasted delicious too. The quantity of the food was very reasonable. I think, the spice was ok too.
Another reason why I really liked Royal Jasmine is that the decor was really nice. The walls were painted in a beautiful orange shade and the little lamps stood out the most. The really unique thing about this restaurant was that in day time the restaurant got a lot of sunlight, which most restaurants don't get. I noticed that the price for the food was very reasonable and was worth the dishes they served us.
The staff at Royal Jasmine could have worked a bit faster with serving food, but on the other hand they were really welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who loves having good food in a nice environment.

The food in this restaurant is very good, portions are generous, service is friendly and the quality is simply great all very reasonably priced.
If you are new to the term "hakka style or cooking" as I was a couple of years ago, it is basically a form of chinese cooking but influenced by the Indian spices and herbs due to the presence of the chinese community in India think of it as Fusion food, I think this is as best explained as it was by my south asian collegues.
If you love spicy, fried chicken leg meat with onions in hot gravy then try their chilly chicken ( can opt for the non breaded white meat version but honestly the classic style is the best), their unique gen tao chicken with dried chllies!!! , sweet and sour manchurian chicken( all breaded dark meat) and the hot and sour soup is what has me hooked completely at least twice a week I go there and am always split as to what to order.The selection of thai food is also pretty good .
It opened recently close to my office. A big very clean and tidy place with pretty decent decor and a nice atmosphere and best of all very reasonably priced it has become one of our favourite family dine out restaurant.

Don't go you will be dissapointed. I ordered the sizzling chicken plate and it was not very good. Their chicken did not taste good, cheep quality, battered to hide the fat and make it seem like you are getting a lot. Would not come back or reccomend this place to friends.
I went to Royal Jasmine day before yesterday with my co-workers for lunch. We all had a sumptuous lunch!!!! The food is delicious!!! The service is good. I am going with my family this weekend for my son's birthday celebration. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant and you will LIKE it !!!!
