I sent in my Canada Goose for cleaning as I do every winter to take out the odors from wearing it the previous season. Long story short, I got it back two days later the exact same with no fresh smell whatsoever and didn’t even look clean. I told her about it and she said it was “organic” and she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Not once did she apologize or care about my satisfaction. Don’t send your clothes here
