Horrible service ! Very arrogant!! Wouldn't recommend at all completely get what the other customer reviews are saying is so true. The women at the Mississauga location is condescending and rude when trying to ask questions about the birds. She was behaving so rudely. Was willing to buy the birds and all the clay and vitamins she was pushing for even though we already have all of it. I really feel sorry for all the lovely animals under her care. Also the owners responses to the posted reviews

They keep their animals in disgusting conditions. MANY pets bought here die in less than a week, including mine. I wish I believed the bad reviews before buying a pet here
