Dec 2021, got email appointment from center, went there. It was too busy as HUNDRED people, most were elderly, coming at the same time. Center asked us to fill the covid questionnaire, but the door woman did not event take a look on the answer. First, the nurse asked us swipe health card, then she told us we need to pay for that day service. Many people upset left center after knowing we have to pay.

I wanted to reschedule my appointment. So, I called them for a few times. Nobody ever answered. I wrote them emails three times. They never got back to me. But they charged a fine for tens of dollars for missing an appointment! This was extremely preposterous service. I DO NOT recommend OCC!
