    I have been charged twice the same amount this month. The phone number listed is not working.

    I’m not sure if it’s because I have a disability but Microsoft takes me to the “entrance “then slams the door. Some time ago, my email was live.ca, then for no reason it was gone. Because I like my laptop and it had been a while since using it, I forgot my log in. After weeks of back and forth email (I had to generate a new email), they sent a website to reset my password. Now it tells me, my live.ca is wrong. I need a code. They will send it to my email. Email not recognized, no code.???
