Worst experience ever. I brought my Mercedes Sprinter Van for no start, took them over 3 days to check and told me a $1,600.00 worth of part need to be replaced but they’re not sure if it’s going to solve the problem. Never again in this shop

A friend recommended this place to me because I had rattling sound coming from my car. I had taken my car to few local mechanics and wasn’t quite satisfied..I brought my car here and hands down best experience I've had with these guys. They are extremely honest and take the time to explain things to you. They performed a complete inspection, found the problem and saved me from paying a hefty bill. They are little far from where I live but I would never think about going anywhere else.
Just had my car serviced and the service was great as always. For my convenience, I dropped my car off, was called when it was ready. The facility is clean and comfortable. The price is what I expect it to be, but to add further, I always feel confident that I can trust them to do the job well and do only what is necessary. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
I called to check into a part that they replaced in my car. They were given the exact date of the repair, I needed a part number and invoice so I could get the manufacturer to cover costs. They were not willing to do that. This vehicle was in for repair 10 times over the past yet they wouldn't get the receipt. I offered to pay them for their time.... Nothing. I pleaded with them that the manufacturer wouldn't have recorded the repair under the car as it purchased by the shop.
