If you are a day late on a payment, they will continuously call you with threats of sending your account to collections. You will receive 10+ calls a day and when you advise that you will be able to make a payment at the end of the week they will say that thats too late. They are unwilling to make any accommodations to your situation and unwilling to wait an extra day or two for payment. Do not take a loan out form this location or company.
Will not stop mailing or calling with credit offers. Once called 4 times in a day. Mails me weekly. I've called to get my name removed from mailing and calling lists 5 times. It hasn't helped. This has gone on over 6 months
Very disappointing and misleading service. I was told over the phone I was approved for a $7,000 loan when I got there with all my paper work they denied me after waiting 2 hours to find out that any over time I had on my paystubs was not considered income. They didn't even offer me a lesser loan amount nothing I was handed down to 2 different people and was there for 2 hours to be told that I was denied for my loan after being told I was approved for a $7,000 loan. I will NOT refer this company
