Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers

I have bought car parts from different places over the years and found this place to have the worst customer service ever. I had ordered some parts and had problem with the shipping. They are not shy to make up stories and insult the customers to free themselves of any responsibilities! It worths paying a little extra ordering parts from the dealership to not deal with this business.

I was using them until I realized I started to get ripped off slowly. Guys in the back will give you a different price and the next time you go and ask for something from the obese guy at the front it will be different. Like why do that? just so get can get better cut. Avoid at all costs and for the same reason alone I will not support any local parts places any more and order directly from Rockauto straight to your home. These guys are rude af and a perfect example of crooks in the automotive

Don’t use these people. They will harass you if u don’t pick up parts. They called me over 50 times with business number, private number and a Hamilton number. Also the even went out of their way to google my address to see if I had a home phone. When that didn’t work they looked up my next door Neighbor to see if they had a home phone witch they did and called them to get ahold of me. Also texting me inappropriate comments. What kind of business are they running. Wouldn’t recommend them at all
