They just called our business trying to sell their web service and as I was explaining why we weren't interested at this time (very politely, I may add) he hung up on me as soon as he heard "we aren't interested". Are you kidding me?? You definitely won't sell your service doing things like that!! Good luck!

Is a great company to deal with as your rep will work with you consistently and efficiently to try and get you results on AdWords. However, I ended up not receiving as much traffic as I wanted and was thinking of cancelling with them but they do have many different types of advertising products. My wife and I ended up signing up for their SEO package and now I have good ranking keywords and am receiving traffic (without the cost per click)

Currently locked into a contract which I will soon be paying $100's to get out of as I'll lose more staying with them. If a company is confident in their services they should have no obligations cancel anytime which they don't. We were promised continuous monitoring and fixes if poor performance. They're only solution is to spend more than the $700 per month we are already spending. When I say I won't spend more they disappear.
