Purchased MB Air last year. Experiencing shutdown & sleep issues. Booked appt. Told logic board needed replacement. Paid $600 to replace. Within 2 months issues resurfaced. Took back. Told might be logic board again. Left it there for a week but received no phone call. Went back to see status. Was told still waiting for technician to look at it. After demanding manager was told he would personally call. Never received call. Had to call myself. Picked it up. Vague resolution in notes. Computer still with same issue! Product quality is downhill.
Worst customer service. Went in with defective 5s - battery draining. Told come back in 2h for appt. I had to argue to get. Went back & w/in 2min Genius tech. told me battery fine. Gave some obscure response to problem that made no sense. Not very knowledgeable at all. Told me to use phone for another few days & come back. Manager came over to insist I speak quieter so other customers couldn't hear. Wasn't even using a raised voice! Very condescending. Asked to speak to someone else. Was told she was the highest management aside from Apple office. After arguing another 20min. finally agreed to swap phone (covered under warranty I paid extra for). Kept saying that it wouldn't solve problem. Genius tech. came back to swap phone and was so unprofessional. Told me giving new phone was mistake. Later received email of work notes & saw they lied in notes stating original phone had minor wear & scratches. Phone was in perfect condition. Only 2 mths old. Also noticed other info was included that wasn't discussed with me. So sad that they have such a lack of integrity and poor customer service delivery.
