The facility is unclean and crowded. The vents on the ceiling have dark thick lines of buildup dust, around them, and patients are placed in beds side by side very close, unhealthy….That place need a OAE audit!

THIS IS THE MOST INCONSIDERATE OFFICE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A WEALTH OF PEOPLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR TRAVELS THERE AND BACK. THIS OFFICE WILL BRING YOU IN JUST TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO THEM NOT LIKING YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. I TOOK 48HOURS OFF WORK FOR THIS APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO TURN ME AWAY AND ON A WORKING SALARY I TRULY COULD NOT AFFORD THE TWO DAYS OFF. I'M BEYOND SHOCKED THAT A) THE RECEPTIONIST LIED AND B) THE DOCTOR WAS HEARTLESS.

From the first booking phone call, along with my calling later with some questions - through to my own procedure and follow-up? Each and every staff member was courteous, professional and caring in every way possible. In a nutshell? A terrific experience all ‘round during worried times. My personal thanks to everyone at the Mississauga location.

Clean environment, staff and Doctors were very friendly and helpful. There seemed to have been an rush, but receptionist was helpful and informative. Had great experience with booking agent, and nurses. Hopefully I am good for awhile, otherwise good to know I am in safe hands.

The worst customer service in Mississauga especially the office manager. She has no skills in dealing with patients who are already worried about there health and she gives them attitude when you call or ask any questions regarding your appointment. The doctors are amazing but if your first encounter with the staff is bad then what is the point of going to a place like this.

I had a chance to have my colon checked at this clinic and modestly excellent and satisfied with the services provided by the staff from the front desk to the consultation with my specialist. I highly recommend everyone who have intestinal issues to visit your family physician and get referred to this amazing clinic.

Unprofessional, unorganized, with no respect for patients

After waiting for 2 whole hours I left without seeing a doctor as it was unacceptable. To add to it, they admitted another lady who was loudly complaining about the waiting time before admitting me, although she arrived after me and I knew from her prior to that incident that her original appointment was way after mine! When I told them about it, they claimed her appointment was before mine!!! I'd never go back.
