“small store, very friendly staff always willing to find what you need

Horrible. Staff selected wrong product and they wont return. "MANAGER" Indicated that "their staff doesnt make mistakes". When I asked is she was calling me a liar, she said "I would have to think there's more to it" - so now Im stuck with $40 in feed I cant use, due to staff that "doesnt make mistakes" (which they obviously did), and a no returns policy. Horrible service. DO NOT GO THERE.

FAULT ADVERTISEMENT

Fault advertisement, they advertised a MTD Gold 163cc Lawn Mower, self propelled, front wheel drive for $329.99 (a saving of $100.00). I purchased one, took it home and found out that it was not self propelled as advertised on their website. I lost about 3 hours driving back and forth because of their fault advertisement.

Prices are good. Selection so so.

The staff are rud...

The staff are rude and not helpful. I bought a number of items I had to pick up. No one was at the shipping door and after waiting quite a while, I saw Wayne and asked if anyone was at the shipping door. All he did was say he was alone and if I bug him he will make me wait longer. So I left. Something similar happened a couple of weeks ago, again with Wayne, and went to Home Hardware down the street where I got good service.
