    Customer service is rude and service is very slow. Printer was loaded with the correct paper and they refused to print off 3 black and white papers the same day due to another binding order. It would have taken a few minutes.... poor service, try another staples

    Took way to long for someone to answer the phone. Wanted to know if they sold blue ray disc. Switched many times by automated operator. Never did speak to a person. Moving on to other supplier. Automated operator simply said, " All agents too busy...call back...goodbye".
