After being a dedicated customer my last two visits were painful and poor quality. Despite my objections, my nails were left shortened down to the exposed skin UNDER my nail bed which was then aggressively filed and buffed. I was also left with a bleeding cut on one finger and multiple drill burns from gel nail removal on the skin around my nail bed. A refund and a change of manicurist going forward would have satisfied me, the customer, and would not have resulted in the salon loosing business.

Ever since my first visit I have never went to another nail salon! Everyone is extremely professional and they all know how to do their job perfectly! The salon is very clean and it’s always a great experience, I highly recommend anyone going there.

This is not the first time this nail salon turned my business away. Not good for a new nail salon that has just opened. I also gave them further business before they kept turning me away. It is not even like they are busy. Hire more people then.
