it is horrible... after 1 month my idealpad 3 slim stop working... but most horrible is to find and service agent in Canada, more that 1 month we are running (upon information from Lenovo) to Staples, BestBuy .... first - engineer not available, then no parts, then we are authorized agent... etc. By calling 10 times to Lenovo office we still didnt get any answer..... NO SERVICE, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT ETC

I bough a “5 years premium support - On Site” in addition to a desktop workstation P330. The power supply failed and I am bounced around several phone numbers since last week. I do have a nice case # and a promise that a service technician will be at our office next day. That was 5 days ago! Lenovo sells services it never plans to deliver. And Lenovo collects big money for these services in advance. I call this fraud! Beware of this company!

I received an email on Jan 3 offering extended warranties. Another email on Jan 15, but warranty options changed. 2 year onsite now double cost 3 year onsite advertised on Jan 3. Tried to contact Canada customer support Jan 15. Closed for MLK US Holiday. Tried on Jan 17 and 18, but call centre closed due to weather. Bounced around to 8 numbers by tech support. After over 2 hours, asked for customer relations but denied. Phone number advertised for Lenovo Canada in Yellowpages is out of service.
