recent purchase of a certified vehicle that had rear tires cracked to the cords loose lower ball joint an operative drivers window yet a certification obviously blind cert. Was returned to have the joint fixed and got it back 3 days later 115 klms on it , owner said he was using car for personal .. oh yeah no paper work .He offered a a bumper to bumper warranty and now with a repair bill of over 3 grand he said good luck with small claims court ..beware sketchy

Bought a 2006 Ford Focus from this place 2 years ago. The car looked great the price was right. Now the car is off the road due to rot. Turned out car had quick paint job to cover everything up.

Reasonable prices, honest , great hardworking staff. They have always treated me and my family well.

Worst company ever!!!! So rude and they don't know how to do anything they screwed up my vechile completely! Causing me to fork out so money 3 times to fix the same problem and when I called to confront the owner he basically hangs up on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone poor customer service! I recently purchased a used car from their auto sales division, Ontario Auto Sales and I have had a fabulous experience. The owner was friendly and not pushy, and was willing to negotiate a fair price. My car came certified and e-tested with a CarProof report. The owner threw in a complimentary oil change and undercoating, plus a free, 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. About two weeks in i noticed a strong fuel smell, so I took it in. True to his word, he repaired it for me at no cost, and my car is working amazingly. I am surprised at the poor reviews that I have seen online, as I had a very good experience with this business and would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future.

Awful customer service; lost my reservation, asked me to come back another day: no apologies. Very poor quality work; went for a car detail, worst job ever. Does not honour reservations. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I would definetly NOT recommend any services at this shop. First they tried to charge me additional charges, then when I asked for a refund, the so-called manager told me he didn't know how to operate the interact machine & therefore could not give me a refund. How is someone who does not know how to operate an interact machine left to "manage" a shop??? How can they refuse a refund with the original receipt???
