Maple is far beyond a mature property management company. I paid a deposit to get a laundry smart card in 2018 and was told when I returned the card I would get my deposit back. But when I moved out in 2022 and needed to return the card and get back the deposit, no one was able to handle my request. I sent a couple of emails to their CEO & President but received no response. Now I will be extra cautious about who manages the property before I move in.
