KCR Service Centre

KCR the best place for auto service in London. They know where all parts go. They also know a good cold Vernons Ginger Ale on a hot day. This is no joke I know the bloke and without being rude, I have known this dude for twenty years.

After weeks of searching for wheels & winter tires for my 2014 LEXUS GS350 AWD F-Sport and finding dealers and websites generally most unhelpful, I visited KCR, and in the owner, KURT, found a true "car guy" and within minutes had a deal and the tires, wheels & sensors were installed within hours, all at excellent pricing. And after finding front brake pads almost worn out, replaced them (my dealer's last service report did not flag this), so avoided costly damage to the rotors. GREAT SERVICE!

worst customer service ever. The guy told me he is going to give me a call before 1, but he never did. So I had to come by to check if the work is done, but the store was closed and he was out picking up his kid. I called him and he said the work is done, he will be back by 4 so I came down at 4. Guess what, the work was never done. What a waste of my time.

I am satified with this company. They fixed things that needed to be fixed and was honest. I believe this company has the best intentions when it comes to the repairs. They didn't tell me first before they fixed things, but these were things that needed to be done. Eg. headlight out. I will bring my car back.
