High price for awul results

Got my hair done in early august, supposed to be a light lilac with darker roots, assured it would wash out in a couple months tops. Showed pictures of exactly what I wanted, definitely not something permanent or long lasting. Not only did my hair come out all the same gross magenta colour, but I'm still trying (unsuccessfully) to get this now grown out red root line out of my hair. The rest has gone back to blonde but there's a line of 1/2" red that can't be toned/dyed out. Only option left is
