Worst quality builder ever stay far away for them our side has fallen off about 5 times now, closing date was pushed back, then we had no counter tops for 1 week wish there was a negative review

We’ve had a great experience with New Lifestyle Homes. You can tell they build a quality home. Honestly, it’s almost like you’re getting your family member to build the house. Something to note is they don’t have a lot of 2 car garage lots, but we were very happy with what we got. The standard finishes are quite high compared to others and I feel their pricing for upgrades is very reasonable.

It was the biggest mistake to buy from them. Avoid it at all cost. Very dishonest people. When you write them, they never write back, only call you and make a promise that they will never honour. Very poor customer service. Everything is nice until you sign the contract.

They give 90 day closing but be very care full of the deal. They dont honour words get everything noted in agreement of sale and purchase before buying. Afterwards you keep following. They will leave many verbal committments and open statements. Be aware if it is not in black and white and crystal clear in agreemetnt of sale you will feel dejected later. You can later go to court to get justice will be the only option.
