Horrible customer service. They don’t care about customers especially when you forget something for a small child like a bottle, they demand you pay for a cab to come back to drop it off (guess they are that hurting) then when you speak to someone of superior authority your told it’s a bottle not a big deal and hangs up.

I was out for drinks with some friends, and we needed a cab. When we called an automated machine answered and at first, I was confused but it was very clear and it was very easy to understand. Once I gave it my address, the Taxi showed up less than 10 minutes later. The cab driver was very polite and friendly especially to a bunch of drunk young men. This happened the week after too and my friends and I were just as satisfied.

A big shout out from Victoria BC to the Ameys taxi driver who drive my 87 year-old mother to the ER last night after a fall. She had a bleeding face and broken teeth. His courtesy, care, and generosity to her were outstanding. Please pass along sincere thanks from our whole family!
