i’m so ready for xmas this year now. I’ve got a wonderful nail service done at the salon. They were so nice, friendly and talented. you should definitely try the pedi with hot rock massage and hot towel.
Sad that this place doesnt have many recent reviews. I came here when my normal salon was closed on the holiday Monday of a long weekend and am very pleased. They were busy, but since I made an apt I did not have to wait and the staff was super friendly! My shellac pedicure was super speedy and lots of colour options. I was very impressed with the hot stone massage they gave with my pedicure and my legs and feet are so soft from the oil she rubbed all over them after my nails were done.
Wouldn’t go here again. Trying to grow my nails out so I have been getting shellac (else where) finally got some length but because one nail had broken the lady went ahead and cut all my nails right off. I had to listen to what appeared to be the magner talk about woman who “let theirselves go” by not wearing makeup, being fat and bragging about getting picked up at fast food joints. Wow. The stories became unbearable to listen to as they pumped theirselves up. It was not enjoyable, sad really.
Horrible quality job! They are never in time when I schedule an appointment. If, as a customer, I ask for specific things, or I point out some errors they get very defensive. It seems it is always the customer's fault! They are not thought to understand that every customer has a different taste and requirement, so they take all the opinions personally, no matter how nicely you ask them. For example, if I point out that the nails are not the same lenght, they get defensive. Not recommending!
Took my 10 year old to get a mani & pedi with a gift certificate she got for Christmas. The women were rude and disrespectful. We had an appointment for 4:30pm, so did another lady who came in after us. She got to go first, probably because she was spending more and they already had our money banked. I'd rather drive to my regular salon 45 minutes away then go to Regal Nails in Keswick. Also they didn't do a nice job.
Always great service, the place is clean and relaxing, friendly and talented staffs. The favorite place of my whole family (my nana, my mom and even my dad come here). Love the ladies there. Booking appointment is recommended. price has changed for years.
I am new to Sutton and have been looking for a reliable place to get manicures and pedicures done. I do not recommend this place for several reasons. First I had no idea Thursday nights were a busy night for them but was sure told that when I called for the first time and was made to feel bad for suggesting an appointment. I was given attitude and was made to feel as if I was putting them out. Through the three times I have been there I am always put down in some way, whether it be dry feet or grown in cuticles. I'm sorry why would I be here if my feet and hands are perfect? Also women work hard and often as I do with my hands, the wear and tear is why we come for a little pampering! So make me feel good about myself! Maybe it would help with business!! I have been three times (like to give the benefit of the doubt to people and know people have off days) and the last two asked for a specific person who I have heard through a reputable hair dresser was the only person who really does a good job. I never got the manicurist I asked and booked an appointment for. After the second time I went, which happened to be my birthday my shellac chipped after two days and I went back. The lady was so rude and blamed me for it stating I must have done it myself. She reluctantly fixed it tugging at my fingers and never looking me in the eye through the process. The last time I went I tried to explain how I wanted a french manicure with a sheer pink and gave the lady a bottle I chose. She convinced me to go with a lighter tone and got mad when I requested the (what I thought was standard) second coat. If I chose the color I would blame myself and never open my mouth but she convinced me so I spoke up kindly and asked for this second coat of color. She was so rude during the check out process and I now vow not to go back. I write this because I think good businesses should be applauded and this is not one that puts customers first or is a reputable place of any kind.
