    I booked an appoi...

    I booked an appointment for a bathroom renovation with Keith today. When he didn't show up a half hour after the appointment time, I thought I better contact him to see if he had issues finding my location. When I spoke to him he just said he was 'really busy and was on the other side of town'. Clearly he didn't want to quote my renovation (which is his choice), however, when I told him he should of had the courtesy to call me or just told me that in the first place, as I had drove an hour away to meet him. I also mentioned that I would be leaving him a negative review on this site, he then got very angry and started yelling and threatening me he would report me for using slander if I chose to do so,....use your own best judgment with this review, however, this isn't slander...it's TRUTH!!
