Spirits Delivery

Very bad customer service. Called two days before delivery was needed to confirm they delivered to the area as I am out of town - which they confirmed with the physical address I gave. Called back the day before to confirm the next day and place order. Their customer service called me back and asked me what time I wanted the delivery On the date of delivery I heard nothing so I called and was told now that they didnt deliver to my area and that they had no number to contact me

Used this service for 4 years no problem. Today I was spoken to in a very insulting manner. Never had this happened before. Unprofessional. I am shocked at with there customer service.
