Rexall

Not only is the pharmacy terrible so is management. We have been going there since Herbies closed and never failed the pharmacy service was horrible. I always came home stressed. Went to purchased my sisters vitamins and couldnt find them so asked manager and her reply was I far as lm concerned if its not on the shelf its not on the planet? I went to rexall downtown to see if they carried them and they were so nice and helpful and told me if l cannot find something they could order it in.

This Rexall was great before but this year the pharmacy service is terrible. The pharmacy is under staffed and orders are not ready when the automated system says they are. Everytime I go to pick up an order there are always people complaining about the service. I am changing to another pharmacy.
