Manufacturer screwed up our order by shipping wrong carpet. Jamie got us a free upgrade and we were still able to keep our first install date and everthing. We are very pleased with the price and service. will shop there again MA

Put new carpeting through my entire upstairs and new hardwood in my livingroom and diningroom. Very happy with the service and the quality of the installation. Will recommend and use again. My wife is already talking about re doing the basement carpet. What have i started???

Couldn't have asked for more

Was a little confused at the start as they have so much to choose from. But the salesperson Jamie took the time to walk me through each product finally landing on the engineered hardwood I ended up getting. A little over two weeks later the floor was installed (Oct 15th) and I'm so pleased with it. Highly recommended.
