In all my years shopping I've never met anyone as rude as the manager of the Healthy Planet in Etobicoke on Islington Ave. so I have decided to take my $300-$500 per month elsewhere. The funny thing is the rest of the staff are quite nice and I get along well with them all.

Don't waste your time with this location, they never have stock. Today the women told me it's about timing, meaning I came at the wrong time...as opposed to her taking ownership of that they don't stock their shelves in a timely manner..

Store staff is lazy, and rude when you ask if they have items in stock. The last 5 times I have been there, they have not had basic homeopathic remedies like Arnica, or Belladonna. Unlike the review posted previously, the store manager is actually never in store. Will never go back. I recommend going elsewhere - make the drive to Wholefoods or Big Carrot on Danforth or just order online from the Vitamin Shop for vitamins (they're cheaper and Canadian anyways).
