He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.

Sold the fake watch loupe with very bad quality. And it is very difficult to get a refund for those fake items. There was no free refund label for those fake items and after I returned their items, I still have not received my refund money. Shady business company. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
