This Company is scammers. I have had insurance with this company and dealt with Michael few years down the road I decided to cancel upon renewal because the prices were changing during every interaction with Michael. Therefore enough is enough and i told him to cancel and his response is no problem and he disappeared for a while. about 6 month later i receive an invoice for some unreasonable amount, their response was they forgot to inform insurance of cancellation, and forced to pay.
