I use approximately a pallet a week of Sifto premium water salt and their product started turning our brine tank brown. We reached out to Sifto who blamed it on the source water which is the city water NOT well water. We asked them to credit our remaining product, initially they said yes than refused, please use Windsor salt have been using it for years now with no problem Stay away if your looking for a good water softner product Thxs
