Deserves to be recognized as exceptional among the chain
We live out of the area and normally don't eat at ESM's as we have been bitterly disappointed in the past. Not so at this location! Our experience here put this restaurant back on our radar!
Great service, friendly staff (ask for Holly, she's lovely) and the kids were well looked after. Not to mention the ice-cold beer and fresh and tasty food.
If you have given up on East Side Mario's don't pass this one up. These guys should show the rest of the chain how it's done! EXCELLENT!

This east side marios never seems to disappoint! The waiters are great at making sure when the sign is flipped you get your next batch of unlimited salad as soon as possible! The pasta is always delicious and you can custom order pretty much anything it seems!

Found restaurant to be fairly unclean. Waiter was not helpful, would not help and make suggestions when they did not have what someone wanted...extra slow service, did not even receive some items asked for, and we were only 1 of two tables.
Food was below average, will not return, i can overlook poor service and give it another chance but can not return since it was unclean.
Excellent service! Staff and owner to be commended - accomodated our hockey team & families (~65 people comprised of ~25 children) with ease. Seated us together, fed us quickly, efficiently and tastily, and sorted out the bills with no problem.
Very impressive and friendly too!
