Great Sales staff Great prices they even brought a scooter in just so I could see it! I bought a Go-go Travel scooter and it is amazing! All day long at the amusement park with Grand Daughter and Battery never moves off of FULL Charge!I mean that. Only weighs 55 lbs I can load in trunk by myself.

No matter what we have gone into Motion Specialties for.... whether it was a large or small purchase, we have always been treated with respect, curtesy, and kindness. Neither of us has experienced anything but GREAT customer service both in person as well as over the phone.

After they have your money, they have the worst customer service in town. Wrong equipment, not returning phone calls for service, no accountability , rude employees. Don't waste your time or money with them.
