    Exctreamly Dissapointed - Unrealiable service

    What a big mistake to use this service! We used it for our wedding day and was horrified. The first shuttle for pick up to the ceremony went to the wrong location so my guests missed it and ended up paying for a cab. At the end of the night the driver dropped of myself and husband(bride and groom)on the street and refused to drive up to the hotel entrance, so we were left carrying all of our gifts from the road. The driver was very unprofessional and rude to some of my guests as well.

    Loved the new Luxury vehicle they have

    Buffalo Ralph Wilson stadium

    Eleven of us went to The Buffalo Bills game, from 7 am to 7 pm, great rate, nice vehicle and huge trunk for our tent and BBQ stuff, will call again. Andy

    I like their Mercedes Luxury Vans

    Waterloo Express was the only company able to take all our Golf Bags with no problems. The Mercedes vans very luxurious and has a huge space for our luggage

    Excellent Service

    I booked a ride with Waterloo Express. There were many other options but Waterloo Express was my first choice. I DO NOT regret picking Waterloo Express because they had ready for us a luxurious and clean limousine, a friendly driver, and a GREAT price! For sure, I would rate them 5+ stars and recommend them to anyone I know. Good job Waterloo Express!
