This particular location is poorly run. Always a bad experience and management is horrible. STAY AWAY
There is a reason The Keg does so well. You always get great service, great food and great atmosphere regardless of which one you go to across Canada. This location is no exception. I have been to this place now at least 15 times over the past year and not once have I been disappointed. It seems they keep getting better and better and though my only issue is how impossible it is to get into on Friday and Saturday nights.
Excellent steaks! ordered the filet Mignon never had a steak so juicy! and the ceasar salad was very nice as well! not too much dressing!
Every time, every service, every day. Never a bad meal. I love the keg size meals... you gotta get all the trimmings. I like my steak cooked medium rare, more rare then medium and they actually know what I mean.
this was great! the staek was juiscy and the servics was great! i would recomed it to anyone and am going back asap! although a little pricey, it was in my opiian worth every penny! there staek is to die for! over all 1 out of 10 i give it 11!
Looking for a great steak, the Keg is the place to go. A little more than the typical road house bar, but definately worth the extra. Not sure what seasoning combination they have for their prime rib but it is always excellent. Done to perfection.
I went to the Keg for an evening out with my husband and I have to say the service is always wonderful. The food was delicious and the steak cooked perfectly. The meals are a good size and you always leave feeling full and satisified. Would recommend this Keg to anyone looking for a good steak dinner.
my wife and I went for a joint birthday dinner, The meal was served on time and there was no waiting between salad and entries, Ryan F at table 22 made dinner very pleasant and enjoyable for us on this occasion. thank you
Service and food very good. Atmosphere excellent. The only downfall would be the prices. Very high! Our bill for two was $140.00.
I loved my visit, everything was amazing, our server was hilary p was so helpful she made sure everything was perfect, the steak was done perfectly! i would recommend everyone to go, the small wait was worth every bite!
I was quickly seated and served, although it was 10:00 at night and there were only a couple of dinner tables in the bar. The scallops were good tasting, but I would have liked a few more for the price. The prime rib did not taste that great, was not as big as I thought it should have been and a little cold. Not like what I have had at other Keg's. The service was good and friendly, but I think the price was a little high both for the meal and drinks. I will try again as most Keg's are very good and consistent. I may have just got the end of the night food.
It doesn't matter where you dine, it will not get better than this. Visit after visit. Lately, our servers have been somewhat less experienced, however...
This was my first time at the Cambridge Keg. It was amazing! The servers name was Dave, or Dan. He was so proficient and very professional! My entire fmaily enjoy the experience and we're looking forward to going again soon!
It was a great restaurant....I recommend it to everyone! It is a great place for friends, dates and even families. They have awesome food, great service and is altogether a great place to dine for low prices.
My wife and I went to enjoy or 22nd wedding anniversary. It was perhaps the best dining experience we have ever had. I have never written a review like this, but feel I must share my experience with everyone. Our server Vu Tran was incredibly amazing. He anticipated our every need and was able suggest an amazing dinner for us. Being our first visit, we did not expect much, but his knowledge of what was good and his personal suggestions made us feel we had been there many times before. The food combined with the exceptional service makes the Cambridge Keg a sure bet.
Being in the Restaurant buisness for a very long time,this was one of the best experiences I have ever had, Our Waitress Christine was excellent, she was very attentive and very friendly. We all ordered the Classic Sirloin with a side salad, the sirloin was very tender, it melted in your mouth, it was done to perfection. The whole dinning experience was excellent, we will definetly be back. Christine thanks for making my mom's birthday extra special
My favourite restaurant! The service is excellent. Very polite, helpful, and charming. They help make the eating experience one that makes you want to come back. The food is amazing! I always get the prime rib and sea food combo, and for the price it is well worth it. Everything about this restaurant is inviting, from the lighting, to the music, to the hosts, to the entrees. I am impressed even more every time I go! I recommend this restaurant for parties, dates, and family gettogethers.
Consistently good food and service. Clean washrooms.They have signed on to the new BYOB--$15.00 corkage--great idea -- super savings at the end of the night when the bill comes-We go now more often because of their wine program and great steak
Although it was good, the meal I recieved was not nearly $40 worth of quality.
