I can't say enough good things about this company. Service was quick. They gave us telephone advice to try to clear up the problem ourselves first. Seniors discount. Excellent service and excellent solution to a significant plumbing problem. Very reasonably priced. Will definately call them again if needed.

Just had Mike the plumber resolve some issues for us. The back and forth Communication was great and my appointment was very quick. I have to say over all from start to finish they did a great job. The two men who did the work were friendly, respectful and did a great job.

Try to find someone else. I explained them what I needed and they promised that serviceman would call me back with the estimated cost and they booked the slot for me. I didn’t get any call for three days despite calling them time and again. Then, yesterday I got the call that the lady gave wrong number to the serviceman and now the booked slot is also not available. I had booked the appointment with the city inspector based on what these guys suggested me initially. I had to cancel everything.

Sharon did a great job originating with me and getting my appointment setup. Jason came in on time and fixed everything properly and was very polite and friendly. The city had to shut off my water and Jason waited until the city turned it back on to test if everything was in perfect working order.

Recently Mark and Gord from Mike the Plumber completed an extensive basement bathroom and laundry room renovation project for me. I found them to be very honest, fair, hardworking and professional. Aside from their expertise in completing the task they also provided me with advice on how to complete those portions of the project that I was taking on myself. Great job guys!
