Harvey's - Swiss Chalet

My chicken wrap was old enough for the tomatoes to have soaked through the tortilla wrap and wrap itself was served “refrigerator cold”. The peroggie app was like what would get out a freezer and tossed into a deep fryer. The restaurant only had half the lights on in the dinning area, my wife and kids had to keep there coats on through there meal. Abosutle dissappointment!!!

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service. Eveytime we decide to grab swiss chalet for supper we instantly regret it. Always something good missing or cold. Management are horrible. I've been on hold for over 35 min over some missing sauce that someone could have deliver 30 min ago. It would be nice if they could at least answer a phone call after the girl who answered the phone offered me a manager.

Swiss Chalet

Swiss Chalet Franchised first united in the year of 1954 and has been a Canadian favorite ever since. Swiss Chalet is known for its fresh on premise rotisserie chicken; the slow roasted chicken is also served with Canadian potatoes and simmering delicious Chalet dipping sauce. Swiss Chalet, is also known for its incredible tender grilled ribs, also served with sides of fresh cut fries, that makes Chalets food so delicious. Every Swiss Chalet location has a family orientated atmosphere. The setting consists of casual tables and booth seating as many as twelve customers, comfortable chairs and simple artwork covers the walls. We were lucky enough to be placed beside a warm brick fireplace, on a cold winter afternoon. As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the host at Swiss Chalet on Dundas Street in Cambridge, Ontario. He led us to our booth within minutes, as the waitress made her way to our table. The energy around us from the staff, customers and store were welcoming, warm, and crucial to how comfortable, and suitable our lunch was going to be. The rotisserie chicken club wrap with fries, along with the rotisserie quarter chicken meal with whipped potatoes was ordered during our visit, with excellent service and time management. The server was friendly, engaged in conversation and interest of what we were ordering and how satisfied we were with our Swiss Chalet experience. Our overall experience at Swiss Chalet, the Cambridge location was delightful. We encourage many individuals to take their date, spouse or family to the nearest location for their next great dinner experience for delicious food, friendly service and comfortable setting.
