Zorro Dry Cleaners

I was very satisfied with the service. My dry cleaning and shirts for my husband were ready the next day if you drop off your cleaning in the morning as they open at 8am on my way to work.Not only that they did a good work on my hamed trouser. I was very impressed with the prices. They do offer good prices comparing with other dry cleaners in Burlington !

Dont use this cleaner

Save yourself a headache. First time I tried this place. Gave them 25 shirts to dry clean. The washed them instead. I have all expensive high quality shirts. Alot of them are small now. Never again!

Store is very messy and lots of clutter.

VERY BAD BUSINESS

Requested an imitation leather jacket to be cleaned (unfortunately smelled of cat urine) along with pair of wool pants. Items came back (both packaged together) reeking of cat urine. Obviously they could not remove the smell. Fine. However, the owner refused to accept that the items smelled and insisted they were clean, snatched the clothes away from me saying I must pay first. Honestly, she should have offered to try again or told me that the jacket was not treatable. She was extremely rude and didn't care if she lost business from me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
